Thank you for visiting my website.  I am a supportive therapist providing treatment for individuals, couples, adolescents, and adults.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Florida License SW7535), and have been providing mental health services professionally in Jacksonville, Florida for 10 years.

I believe that a warm and open atmosphere is the most effective environment in which to establish a relationship and address the issues my clients are experiencing.  The primary modalities I use for individual treatment include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
